Shipping Policy
What is the process for shipping fabrics to you?
Clothstudio ships fabric all over the world, due to the nature of shipping roll goods and fabrics a quote must be generated on a per order basis, based on your location, the quantity of fabric, the sizes of the rolls as well as the time of year. Once you have placed your order we will generate a shipping cost and you will be notified of this and asked to approve and pay for your fabric.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options from Purolator, Fedex, UPS where available. You can also ship collect on your own account if you prefer. Due to the nature of shipping fabric and rolled goods in general we must generate a quote from our shipper before sending you a shipping quote, based on package sizes, weights etc.
When can I expect my order?
We will process your order as quickly as possible.
Most fabrics are in stock, but in some cases due to quantity required, specificity of usage, or low stock we will have to request more from our mill or even have to weave more. Mill requisitions usually take an additional 2 weeks, whereas weaving and custom processing can take up to 3 months. It is best to get an estimate from us based on what your needs are. Most orders, shipped with our standard delivery service, will arrive within 5-7 business days, though remote or difficult to reach locations may take longer. If the order is shipped with our expedited service, it should arrive in 2-3 business days, depending on the exact location.

Absolutely, and to the rest of the world too.
