REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Cut Fabric can be returned as long as it is uncut and in the same condition sent to you. A restocking charge of 30% to 50% will apply to all returned fabrics, determined by fabric quality and/ or quantity purchased, to be determined by ClothStudio.

Fabrics that are not eligible for refunds are deadstock fabrics, special order fabrics, remnants and offcuts.

FLAWS

Our Fabrics are checked at least twice for flaws and imperfections, in the event there are flaws that somehow went undetected in our inspection stage we will happily ship you a replacement once we have determined there is indeed a flaw. We will do our best to situate flaws around your cut lengths and will not knowingly ship you flawed goods without labeling it, notifying you and making an allowance so you will be able to manufacture your product.

If you cut or process the fabric in any way, i.e Washing, dyeing, knit backing etc, we cannot take the fabric back or refund you in any way.

We are committed to serving you in the best way possible and this includes sending you first quality fabrics that are inspected and marked for flaws if and when they occur. Being a workroom ourselves we understand what it's like to have flawed or incorrect amounts shipped to us and we are very careful to make sure this does not happen.
